Field Supervisor
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our home healthcare team. The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our field staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of home healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support field staff, including caregivers and home health aids.
· Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided.
· Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
· Provide training and development of field staff.
· Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers.
· Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve client services.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
· Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
